Wonderful experience! My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Vaden with Ray Challis and the rest of the team. We drove 6 hours so I could trade my Tahoe My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Vaden with Ray Challis and the rest of the team. We drove 6 hours so I could trade my Tahoe for a Cadillac SRX. Trading was not easy for me as I have loved my Tahoe and wasn't really looking to trade. My husband wanted me to have something a little newer, so when I found the car I wanted with every feature I wanted he worked with the team at Vaden to make it happen. Everyone there made us feel welcome and comfortable. They did everything possible to make the transition as smooth as it could be. Honestly, the reception we received from everyone there made all the difference for me. Had the staff there been all business, very stiff and uninviting, I might have left still owning the Tahoe because it has been such a great car. However, the openness and willingness to help in any way they could, made my apprehension melt away. I left there not only owning a gorgeous car with phenomenal features, but also with the confidence that I had made the right decision! Thank you so much, Ray, Thely, David, Jordyn, Lola, and Donna!! More

I then had the pleasure of discussing a car purchase with David. He was straightforward and had evidence to support the value of the vehicle. David gave me a fair trade for my Tahoe and an awesome ride at a value add price. Handling the paperwork and walking us through the car was Ray! From being greeted with a hug and feeling as if we were "somebody" to having a fun chat with Jordyn. This was with out a doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had... We love the car and actually walked away feeling great about our purchase. Not one moment of being pushed into anything. It was just people talking about a dream come true. We own a quality car with the features we want for a price we could afford. Loved this experience! More

Praise the Lord 🙌 God is good!!! I have been looking for a Cadillac srx for a year or more. I finally found one online at Vaden in Bluffton SC. On the way there, service lady called I have been looking for a Cadillac srx for a year or more. I finally found one online at Vaden in Bluffton SC. On the way there, service lady called saying they just sold it. My heart dropped. Once I got here I met this wonderful bright bubbly lady name Thely. She made my experience wonderful. She showed me another Cadillac they had. Its was beautiful 😍.Also a big shout out to Kem wells who kept trying to get me the price that was comfortable for me. Excellent experience!!! More

My Blue Beauty I absolutely love love love my team at Vaden Nissan of Hilton Head!! Crystal, Thely, David E., and Tem has taken the time and put in the effort to mak I absolutely love love love my team at Vaden Nissan of Hilton Head!! Crystal, Thely, David E., and Tem has taken the time and put in the effort to make my car buying experience an absolutely pleasure. From the moment I submited my contact information online my email and text got slammed with dealerships saying they got plenty of cars to choose from let me run your credit they didn't even ask my situation, reason why I was looking, or what type or my budget but Crystal took the time to hear me out even when I changed my mind from Maxima to Altima she said ok what would you like in your new car and sent me plenty of information including asking price and brake down or payments and down payment and also asked what would would be a good time for me to stop by and take a look around. When my husband and I arrived we were greeted by Thely who made us feel right at home and glade that we didn't go anywhere else. Thely worked diligently with David E. to get me the car I wanted with the price, payment, and down payment I wanted. Tem Ajaka is amazing at his job he is very knowledgeable on all warranty information and answered all our questions. I walked In to Vaden Nissan around 6:30 worried that I wouldn't get approved for the car that I wanted after all was said and done I skipped out happier than a kid in a candy store jumped in my brand new Blue 2019 Altima! More

My buying experience I stopped by the dealership and was introduced to Thely Daust, in Sales. She was very friendly and very helpful. We discussed what I wanted and she showed me various different models from the basics to loaded . She was very knowledgeable and was a natural at what she does. I felt very relaxed and enjoyed are meeting. We set up a time for me to come back and look at a car. I came back and she introduced me to Casey Hale the Sale Manager. Casey and I discussed a special price on a brand new 2018 Armada. We came to terms on my trade, shook hands and it was a deal. My car was actually being service at Audi so your General Manager Dave Balerna drove down and looked it over. His response after seen the car was very good. The new car arrived we completed the paper work. Thely took me around the dealership to meet people I was going to interface with for service, Etc. She went over the car with me and concluded my sale experience. More

My new Altima!!! My Mother and I were looking for cars and we came to the Nissan dealership and met Thely and she was one of the most genuine, professional and fun sal My Mother and I were looking for cars and we came to the Nissan dealership and met Thely and she was one of the most genuine, professional and fun sales people I have ever met. She even went as far as to come in on her day off to accommodate our schedules!!! Now that is what I call customer service. On a scale of 1-10 I give her and the car an 11!!! More
