Great Customer Service! Thely, our salesperson, is excellent! She is knowledgeable and a great people person! Every person we came in contact with at Vaden was so pleasant an Thely, our salesperson, is excellent! She is knowledgeable and a great people person! Every person we came in contact with at Vaden was so pleasant and helpful. Initially, when the timing chain on our 2011 Juke broke due to a manufacturing defect that messed up the engine, we were told that the entire engine needed to be replaced. The Consumer Affairs Department did not want to cover 100% of the repair. I was irate and disgusted. THEY NEEDED TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. There was a recall on the 2011 Jukes and my vin number was not listed as one of them. I cannot understand why Nissan could not make this right. I was never going to buy another car from Nissan again. But a nice lady named Thelma kept following up with me via text offering to help me with my situation. She understood my anger and frustration. The juke had been paid off and I had no payments. It had been running just fine before the timing chain broke. I did not expect to purchase another car for a few more years. I was frustrated with Nissan Consumer Affairs not wanting to make things right. The lady, Kendra, wasn’t even returning my calls anymore. What a disgusting way to treat a customer who had bought her last 3 cars from Nissan!!!! Thely wanted to help me. She even picked me up at home and brought me to the dealership. The whole process went very smoothly. Thely was also training a new hire named Rebecca during the process. Very nice lady. Many people stopped in to introduce themselves. Mark the service advisor who helped me. The sales manager who assisted us was very nice. Tim the finance person was hilariously funny. Also the inventory manager was so very friendly and pleasant. What a great team! Thank you for helping us with our 4th Nissan purchase. More

A Tale of 2 Nissans I returned to Vaden Nissan to buy my 2nd Nissan vehicle for my home. I enjoyed my experience of purchasing and maintaining my Altima with Vaden Nissan I returned to Vaden Nissan to buy my 2nd Nissan vehicle for my home. I enjoyed my experience of purchasing and maintaining my Altima with Vaden Nissan so I thought it would be a good idea to return for my second vehicle. The team stayed with us from 4.30pm until almost 9.30pm as we closed every aspect of our deal. Big thank you to our sales staff Jorge and Telhy and to the man in charge Dave and of course big thanks to The man in charge of the money Tem as well. Towards the end of the deal with it being so late we made arrangements to have our new vehicle detailed the next day, I jokingly mentioned that my current vehicle also needed to be detailed, my joke became reality as they simply replied by saying “bring it in and we will detail that one too” Thank you Vaden Nissan More

Great Car Buying Experience I just purchased a new car from Vaden Nissan of Hilton Head and it was one of the best car buying experiences. My salesperson was Thely Daust and she I just purchased a new car from Vaden Nissan of Hilton Head and it was one of the best car buying experiences. My salesperson was Thely Daust and she was terrific to work with throughout the buying process. Of course the tough part of buying a car is getting a good price. At Vaden the General Manger David Edreich was unbelievably patient working with me to find a price that worked for both of us. I would strongly recommend working with David and Thely and buying your next vehicle at Vaden. More

A trip from Charleston S.C. worth taking I came all the way from Charleston S.C. to purchase my vehicle. I got there and it was moved to Savannah and thought to be sold. However Casey checke I came all the way from Charleston S.C. to purchase my vehicle. I got there and it was moved to Savannah and thought to be sold. However Casey checked one more time and as luck would have it the sale did not go through. We negotiated through the week and I had a trade-in as well. After some discussions Casey worked out the trade and was also willing to move on the price. Thely kept in touch all week. The following weekend I drove down again and the deal went smoothly. I was impressed with their willingness to negotiate and I am happy with the final deal and the vehicle I got. Tem was helpful on the finance side and I appreciate that all the final documentation went through quickly and efficiently as I had a two hour drive home. The GM, David Edreich, came by to say hello and offer some advice. Thely had the vehicle all detailed and ready to go. She went out of her way, quite late into the night when I left, to get my Bluetooth all set up for the long ride home. I would recommend the dealership to others and will look for another vehicle there in the future. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Larry and I have been looking for a new car forever!!! Looked at so many makes and models I was getting confused. We finally decided on the Nissan Mu Larry and I have been looking for a new car forever!!! Looked at so many makes and models I was getting confused. We finally decided on the Nissan Murano Platium. We came all the way from Jacksonville,FL because the deal was the best we could find!!! We had a great experience with one exception. BEWARE of your speed while test driving!!! We got a ticket while testing the acceleration and power. It had it all ! I guess maybe a little too much 😄. Our saleswoman,, Thely Daust was AWESOME!!! So very friendly and knowledgeable. We would recommend this dealership and Thely. Great, clean very modern showroom! Check them out !!!!!! More
