Mark relayed some of my concerns to a very professional and knowledgeable sales person Thely Daust who contacted me and listened to my needs. While at the dealership she worked on finding me the vehicle that suited my needs the most. A difficult task given the fact that I am disabled and require assistance walking. The general manager, David Edreich worked with Thely to get me a great deal on my new purchase and the best price for my trade-in. I decided I wanted a newer car so we went to the dealership and started to look around. We weren’t there long before a lady walked outside with the biggest smile asking how she could help us! Mrs Thely brighten my experience here even more due to her bubbley personality. Every question I had was answered. This long process was made out to be such a great experience due to the people I worked with from then manager, finances, and all the way to in insurance portion. I am now leaving with my new 2018 Altima and couldn’t be happier. Thank you to everyone at the Vaden Nissian of Hilton Head! More

I was waiting and watching for someone to try to pull one over on me. Then Thely walks over and listens to what I was looking for in the car and started grabbing keys for me to check them out. She never tried to sell me on something that was out of my price range hoping I would fall in love with it, and if I said I didnt like the car, she factored that into what she showed me next. I couldn't have asked or hoped for more when buying my first new car. This is the third car that my family has gotten from this Nissan dealership and we have yet to leave unhappy or feeling tricked. If I or any of my family needs to get another new car I know who we are going to come see. More
