Was given a lot of wrong information about the used VW Atlas I purchased even though I asked very specific questions. I understand mistakes happen but there was little, if any apology and the salesperson Atlas I purchased even though I asked very specific questions. I understand mistakes happen but there was little, if any apology and the salesperson and service person I spoke with didn't seem to care. Others I spoke with were friendly. I do not regret buying a VW Atlas, but wish I waited for an available new one I liked instead of settling for a used one with unexpected issues (because I was lied to). More
