When signing my papers, Theo went the extra mile and drove an hour each way to ensure that I received my documentation. So proud that I chose him! Also wanted to put a note for the manger Mike. I had some problems with the Finance Manager, Fran that almost ranked the whole sale (Not as nice as Theo). But Mike was there to listen to my concerns, for which I’m grateful. More

He was very helpful during the entire process and did not hesitate to act when I called the next day to report there was a small dent in the hood of the car. He seemed genuinely concerned about us being happy with our purchase and immediately set things up so that we could bring the car back to have it repaired. We will definitely look him up when we purchase our next vehicle. Additionally, I wanted to mention Fran in the Finance Department. She was extremely efficient and thorough. A pleasure to work with.
