I have been a customer at Piazza Acura for many years. Folks in the service center have always been courteous. Surveys have become ubiquitous. Courteous employees who go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I had an issue with my Acura after service was complete and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs and arrange for their customers. Being many miles away, I told my my college son to take his 2016 Civic to Piazza Honda in event of any issues .This was the best decision I ever made. On the first visit, Mike B was very courteous and acc his 2016 Civic to Piazza Honda in event of any issues .This was the best decision I ever made. On the first visit, Mike B was very courteous and accommodating and constantly updated me on progress from diagnostic to completion. On the second visit, Theresa M assisted me after diagnostics, by explaining what was the issues and offered options to resolve the problem . These two are indeed an asset to your dealership. My service experience was great. My service advisor, Theresa, was thorough and kept me appraised of progress on my car as I waited in the customer area.
