I went to Boch Toyota South, 620 Washington St. North Attleboro, MA. Immediately we met Tom Clement. He sat down with us and listened to what we wanted, he let us talk not interrupting, unlike the other dealerships! He worked hard to get us what we wanted, without at any time forcing or hard selling, which I really appreciated. We got what we wanted. He did everything to make us happy about the deal and we are extremely happy. When we came to pick up the car, he had the registration, the plates, and everything ready, he then took the time to calmly go over everything within the car with us. I cannot say enough about the gentlemanly way he treated us, calm, good-natured and a person I certainly want to recommend to all my friends! I must say if you are purchasing or leasing a car, and if you want good service and a gentleman to help you, this would be Tom Clement! More

The finance part took over two hours, when I went there at 6:30, I wasn't expecting to get out just before 10:00 p.m. I had my 9 year old son with me. At one point as the finance manager was trying to sell me more and more, I asked if we could complete the paperwork the next day, but was denied, saying it had to be done that night. I've bought a half a dozen new cars in the last 20 years and this is the first time anyone ever told me that. In fact in about half, I've come back the next day to sign the paperwork. That was my biggest complaint. The sales rep, Tom Clement was great and he was stuck there after closing until I was done too without complaint. More

A sympathetic coworker changed my flat tire to the dummy tire while I called Boch Toyota looking for an appointment for the very next day to replace all 4 of my tires. They were able to accommodate me at the exact time I requested which was after an important work appointment that I could not miss. They also had in stock and were able to provide the exact Michelin tire that I requested for my Rav 4. The service advisor Ryan was courteous and helpful answering all my questions. I was able to get the tires mounted and my car aligned and my car was back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. I return to Boch for service because I find the service dept 's recommendations are reasonable and they are honest in their dealings with customers answering questions and try to accommodate customers needs.
