Born and raised just outside of Pittsburgh, Pa. My wife, Kristen and I moved out to AZ over 11 years ago and together we have a beautiful little girl, Aislyn. When not at work, I like watching my hometown Steelers and Penguin games, or a quiet night at home with my family. I also enjoy taking my family on outdoor adventures (hiking, fishing, and camping) enjoying our beautiful, sunny state in either of our Subarus. I also enjoy taking my daughter to her favorite spots (the Zoo, Odysea, etc.) I have been in the Auto industry for over 10 years, and have been with Subaru for the past 9. It’s a brand I love and believe in and find it easy to stand behind(I own two myself!) I take pride in providing a GREAT customer experience helping to get them into the car they want! Thomas goes above and beyond what one would expect when leasing or buying a car. Today, I bought my third leased Subaru. Mr. Darby made this possible. He greeted me at the door with water and sat with me to explain the pros and cons of leasing versus buying out my leased Crosstrek, so that I could make an informed decision. He is always patient, attentive, and mindful. He treats every customer like family. I felt as if I was sitting at the dinner table with a family member offering sound advice. He is trustworthy and will take action to make sure you are comfortable and leave knowing you made the right decision. He embraces the values and mission of Subaru. If you are thinking of maybe getting behind the wheel of Subaru, go see him, he wants you to be happy. He thrives off the satisfaction of his customers. He is the best of the best.
