This is the second car I have purchased from Subaru Superstore in Chandler, AZ. The first was 2011 and this purchased was December 2017. I came to the dealership with my list of exactly what I wanted and my sales representative, Bill East, was outstanding. He never pressured me into anything that I did not want or was unwilling to pay for. It was my best auto purchasing experience ever and I have purchased many cars. The overall dealership is extremely friendly, helpful, clean and I felt very comfortable and relaxed when I visited. We agreed on a price and Bill East made the entire experience very simple. This is the first time I have ever purchased a new car and did not go through "buyer's remorse." I will not hesitate to purchase another new Subaru from this dealership in the future. Great job Bill!

Subaru Superstore of Chandler has a relaxed, low key sales atmosphere. Ron Lundberg was extremely knowledgeable about the product and was able to explain the features of the various Forester models. Ron was patient with us as we searched and waited for just the right used Forester to be traded into the dealership. We got a great deal on a fabulous used Forester. Ron successfully converted a Honda/Toyota family into a Subaru family. Joseph Nieves took the time to explain the various extended warranties that were offered so we could make the right choice for our family. Marc Dicino did a great job getting us a great interest rate and was patient with us as we came to terms with signing onto a car payment for the first time in over 10 years. Kathy Garcia was able to get the service department to complete an inspection form that we needed for my husband's job. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.
