Good news it passed the 20 pt inspection. It was good.” I asked what they said about the oil being low. The service rep said,”you haven’t broken in yet.” I asked her what that meant? She couldn’t tell me. She said,”I don’t know, that is what he said.” This is an expensive car. I had no trust in her at all. She even asked another service rep to explain to me about cars. I’m not stupid. I don’t think oil evaporates. I left annoyed and upset. The service rep said she would call me in a couple days. Not interested in talking to her. Still concerned about my car. More

I recently posted a very bad review of my experience at Reliable Chevrolet in Albuquerque during negotiations over a new truck. I was resolute to never to use that Chevrolet dealership again. I decided to call the new car manager. I really did not want to discount this dealership primarily do to the actions of one bad employee. Tom Jensen the manager was eager for me to come in and talk. Upon my arrival he was very apologetic about the incident and made me a very fair deal on a new truck. I accepted the offer and we now have a new Colorado truck. Tom mentioned he spoke with the finance manger that caused the original issue and hard feelings when we came in the first time. He also discussed with the employee about his actions and how to better interact with the customer. I was happy to hear this and perhaps with the interaction that Tom provided this will correct these kind of issues in the future. There were other individuals we worked with that were professional, and happy to get us into our new Colorado. Our salesman Javier gave us a tour of the facility and services and introduced us to the service manager who set up our first oil change. The process this time around was much different and my wife and I were treated very well. I would like to acknowledge Ian Pula in finances who took care of the closing and new car paperwork, he was very friendly and proficient. He made the process simple and stress free. Thank you to the other who helped to get the vehicle linked up to the Chevrolet app and set up Onstar. All in all, I would highly recommend going to Reliable Chevrolet when purchasing a new vehicle. Sometimes it just takes one person to tarnish the car buying experience. I’m happy we gave the dealership another chance to turn things around and extra thanks to Tom Jensen. More
