The service to my car was great and I appreciated the concierge service. However, at the last minute someone from the dealership called me and told me I owed them another $8.00 for gas. Even at $4.00 per gallon, that would have paid for approximately 40 miles of travel. I expressed my dissatisfaction and the charge was removed. But it never should have been applied in the firstborn place. More

Thomas, my service advisor, explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the repairs recommended. There were no hidden costs and the pricing was fair. I got my car back in a timely manner and was very satisfied with the work and the process from beginning to end. My car was returned washed and clean inside and outside.
