The service to my car was great and I appreciated the concierge service. However, at the last minute someone from the dealership called me and told me I owed them another $8.00 for gas. I had driven the concierge service. However, at the last minute someone from the dealership called me and told me I owed them another $8.00 for gas. I had driven the car exactly 6 miles. Even at $4.00 per gallon, that would have paid for approximately 40 miles of travel. I expressed my dissatisfaction and the charge was removed. But it never should have been applied in the firstborn place. More

I recently moved to MA and had my car serviced at Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham. Everyone I spoke with in scheduling and service was courteous and helpful. The dealership is not close to my home so I wa Chambers Lexus of Hingham. Everyone I spoke with in scheduling and service was courteous and helpful. The dealership is not close to my home so I was grateful that they picked up and dropped off my car and provided a loaner. Thomas, my service advisor, explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the repairs recommended. There were no hidden costs and the pricing was fair. I got my car back in a timely manner and was very satisfied with the work and the process from beginning to end. My car was returned washed and clean inside and outside. It’s running smoothly and driving great. I am pleased to highly rate and recommend Thomas and Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham. More
