Purchased a car to surprise my wife on Thursday Oct 23. ( My mistake) Called on Sat. When I called and set up on the appointment for Monday, I asked if we'll be able to complete the deal and I could drive the new car home and Tom said yes. The salesman was very nice, Tim, but the finance manager, Paul, was dismissive. Ultimately, I felt harassed to get that warranty and he did not submit my credit requests timely as I had to unfreeze my credit Paul, was dismissive.
