GREAT Usually buying a car is VERY stressful..... UGH....however I must say that the staff at Ettleson Cadillac made it a very pleasant experience and if I Usually buying a car is VERY stressful..... From the sales rep Tom to Chuck who explained the features and the finance person ( sorry don't have his name ) all were professional yet personable and pleasant to deal with. Poor sales department but very friendly porter I flew in from Michigan to purchase a used 2018 CTS-V and the car was delivered with a empty gas tank. I later was promised on two occasions that a gi I flew in from Michigan to purchase a used 2018 CTS-V and the car was delivered with a empty gas tank. I later was promised on two occasions that a gift card would be sent out to make it right and the card never came. My salesman was slow to reply to request for information during the presales and after the sale. The only employee I can talk highly of is the young porter that picked my wife and I at the airport he was the friendliest of all the employees we encountered during our less than stellar sales experience at the dealership. I found a ca Working with Tom O'Malley was a great sales experience! I came in late in the evening and Tom was there to greet me without any pressure. I found a car online that I liked and the car wasn't even out of detailing yet. The car arrived rather quickly, we went on a ride, and I was sold. The transaction went seamlessly and Tom was very knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing. After a couple days for my car to go through the certification process, Tom texted me and the car was ready to go! I will definitely recommend Ettleson Cadillac, and Tom especially to anyone in the market to buy. Thank you!!!! More
