Friendly atmosphere & great people to deal with I leased a Buick Encore 3 years ago & my lease was ending. Tom O'Malley gave me a call to see if I wanted to lease a new vehicle and I decided at that I leased a Buick Encore 3 years ago & my lease was ending. Pre owned Cadillac purchase This was the first car I’ve purchased in 16 years. After I found the car on the Ettelson website my wife and I visited the dealership and we were int This was the first car I’ve purchased in 16 years. After I found the car on the Ettelson website my wife and I visited the dealership and we were introduced to Tom O’Malley who took tplenty of time to answer all questions and take a retest drive. The price was as advertised And everyone we dealt with made the experience easy. The only delay was an extended wait for the finance team to finish the deal. All in all good experience. More
