The following email we sent to our salesman and every manager, including Mike Ettleson, at this dealership will serve as our review. Not one person attempted to contact us, which leads us to believe they manager, including Mike Ettleson, at this dealership will serve as our review. We always give the benefit of doubt and always were respectful in trying to deal with this issue. "It appears that the payment to the 2016 GMC Acadia has not been made, with no communication from you after my visit there at the end of October. The very least you could have done is let me know it was not going to happen. It would not have made us feel any better, but it could have improved your integrity with us (maybe that no longer matters to you). I came in immediately when I received a bill dated September 9, and spoke with you and the finance department, noone ever followed up in spite of your promises. You had indicated that there was possibly a cross in the mail with a payment and that bill, and I accepted that at the time since I heard no further from you or finance. Next thing we know is our credit reporting agency notifing us of a late payment. Since we have always had a perfect payment record, this was a shock to us. We were enticed to come in early before our lease date and when we agreed to lease a 2019, you specifically said “the best part is you won’t have to pay the last two payments on your current lease.” Since the day we picked up this uninspected auto that was brought in from another dealership, to this point, this is the last straw. From having to return the vehicle to correct issues, to the unconcern about the cocked steering column on a top trim vehicle from the Service Manager (with “quit focusing on that and just enjoy your car”), to the unanswered messages and calls to the finance manager and yourself, and to having to come there several times to get answers and getting ignored, we have completely lost confidence in you and this dealership, and possibly GMC itself. We were very happy with our 2016 and the relationship we had with you and Ettleson, but now we are burned and will never lease, purchase, or recommend this dealership, and will in fact, make every effort to review this establishment on any review sites and social media sites available. More
