Service writer was excellent and loaner car was great. I have been leasing cars from this dealership since 1999. I believe my wife and I have leased 12 cars from Arlington Lexus. Always very good service h I have been leasing cars from this dealership since 1999. I believe my wife and I have leased 12 cars from Arlington Lexus. Always very good service here. I had two recall items last year on my RX350 and also my LS500 and both were fixed the same day with a loaner car provided. It is a great convenience to provide a loaner car to me since I still have a company to run and am pressed for time. More
