Thomas always takes really good care of my Telluride when I bring it in for service. He always works on any concerns I have and double checks the system for recalls. Tom has assisted me at least twice and he is very professional and very pleasant. I think it is ridiculous that this new dealership charges a "convenience fee" for using a credit card to pay for service. Not only that, they do not inform the customer of the fee prior to payment. Also, a "convenience fee" for using a credit card to pay for service. Not only that, they do not inform the customer of the fee prior to payment. Also, my receipt stated that a complete vehicle multi-point inspection had been done, which clearly wasn't performed. The very next day I took my car to Walmart for an oil change. They found a failing battery and completely destroyed rear windshield wiper, which I replaced. More
