The entire experience was disappointing to me. i wanted a car with remote start or no deal and they did agree to have one installed. I am pleased with that. i am scheduled on March 7th for the install, about a month since i leased the car. I just was informed they are having an after market remote start installed in my new car. I was assuming they would install a factory system. wrong again! There is more but totally disgusted of being lied to and deceived. carpe diem........... More
