In a regular dealership I would imagine he could have worked with about 3 potential customers during that time. His patience was notable and personified the slogan of "One Price, No Bull". Our plan was to get information and a price and then proceed to shop other dealerships for comparisons, our normal way of doing business. But once we began working with Tom we realized that would be a waste of time and we would be better served spending our time here considering model, color, accessories, and learning about the impressive safety and navigation systems. We came away with none of that buyers' remorse typical of a new car purchase. If the other employees of Wilsonville Subaru are as good as Tom, you can't go wrong. More
