Came to drive car liked and to make a long story short came to a deal for purchase all the time the salesman tried to tell me that someone else was interested even went so far while we were in the sales cubicle to have someone get the keys. I hate that kind of sales tactic so I left and s told salesman that if the other interested party did not purchase car to contact me. Before we got home we had settled again on a price and I have my own financing and my finance people will contact him Monday Again to make a long story short, I told my salesman that I would pick up car Wednesday suddenly he had a vacation planned and I had to deal with another salesman that apparently new nothing about my intent to purchase and treated me like I was a second class citizen I had some trouble with communication with my finance company and the new salesman treated them badly as well I almost walked away 2-3 times but I really liked the vehicle and have been looking for it for so long and my boyfriend smoothed it over for me so I didn’t completely loose it Overall I think that if you are not buying a $40,000 vehicle at Volvo of Winston-Salem you are not treated well More

We are very much looking forward to doing business with Thomas Wells again when my wife replaces her V-70 with an S model. Given all the R&R work the dealership did after taking this original Volvo of the Triad car on trade a second time, I look forward to many months of near-perfect performance and thereafter to having this dealer's service techs keep the technology running flawlessly.
