I made a service appointment for my new Hyundai, when I arrived I was told there would be a 3-4 hour wait for my oil change! I said but I had an appointment, the service representative said to think of it arrived I was told there would be a 3-4 hour wait for my oil change! I said but I had an appointment, the service representative said to think of it as a doctors office visit. Being a retired MD I can say that in all my years I’ve never had a patient wait more than 30 minutes. This dealership is a joke. Call and try to talk to someone in service, good luck, they never answer the phones! More

Melanie was very good about repairs needed and costs. Tech Randy diagnosed my problem and got right on it. Part was delayed and Melanie arranged for a loaner until my car was finished the next day.
