Customer Satisfaction is important! Second vehicle purchased at Sanders Ford in Jacksonville, NC. Both times the sales teams were courteous and professional. Service Department My experience at Sanders Ford was amazing! I took my vehicle in for maintenance and was waited on by a wonderful woman at the service desk. During the two days that they had my vehicle Tiffany went above and beyond the keep in contact with me and to help me with a good price when it was time to come in and pay. I would recommend Sanders Ford to anyone. More

Sanders Ford Swansboro I have been looking for a good used Ford F150 for a few months. Damon went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for. Not only did I get I have been looking for a good used Ford F150 for a few months. Damon went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for. Not only did I get an F150 but it has a king cab 4 door and was in excellent shape. within the first 100 miles the engine light came on and the engine was running rough. The vehicle, of course, was sold as is and once you drive it off the lot its your responsibility. However, once Damon heard about it he went to bat for me and the service department fixed the problem without delay Tiffany also helped a lot. The truck is running great. The dealership went above and beyond in order to find a C-MAX Hybrid for me, finally ending up having to order one. It came in this week and they did everything possible so that I would be familiar with t C-MAX Hybrid for me, finally ending up having to order one. It came in this week and they did everything possible so that I would be familiar with the car. I was concerned about some information I had seen on the Internet concerning the mileage rating. They gave me the opportunity to test drive the car so that I could determine the mileage for myself. As a result, I was very comfortable purchasing the car.
