Keeping to your word is key thru the process and keeping relationships. Mgr tried to tell me different but once he seen all the info and worksheet they obviously honored the deal we made prior over the phon relationships. Addison treated us like family and was truly the most patient person I ever dealt with. Coming out of this industry and going from transportation to location wasn’t easy and just seeing the everything all over again I definitely give him all the credit for making this process as smooth as it could be. Prep department which is down the block helped a lot also to get the vehicle ready quickly and efficiently. We are truly enjoying our hybrid.
