I contac professional, and easy to work with. This was a very positive sales experience overall, and the finance manager, Chris, made it even better. I contacted four dealerships before reaching out to Emich, and Emich Kia was the only one that returned my call within five minutes. Chris listened actively and delivered exactly what I needed. Coming from this industry myself, it was refreshing to see a dealership that truly understands that guest enthusiasm and responsiveness carry the most weight. Because of this experience, I will absolutely be returning to purchase my truck in the near future. More

The service was rated not impor of transaction rated very good, relative to how torn up the facility was and the staff having to work out of trailers. The service was rated not important because I live in Seattle, however our kids purchased a 2024 Telluride from you and they were very pleased with their transaction and dealership. I purchased a 2026 Sportage Hybrid SX Prestige. My sales specialist, Tiffany, was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and very patient with me even though her workload was heavy. Please make the effort to pass on my appreciation to her and give her some sort of accolade she can hang in her cubicle. Brian, in finance, was great. He covered everything, and like Tiffany, was patient and never pushy. He and Tiffany both are effective listeners. It was the best experience I'd had in a finance office. Please include Brian in your demonstration of appreciation. Thanks everyone. More
