Always a good experience I am driving my 4th Mercedes since 2008. Always an easy process especially due to Tim Allred. Has helped me thru 3 leases. Ron White helped with one. After you get home he calls to see if you have any questions. Most places the sales person sells the car, that's it. Tim is there for you service; sales, questions or problems. Fantastic customer service and product knowledge I recently purchased my very first Mercedes Benz from Tim Allred. I have always been a BMW fan but Tim showed me how much better my new C300 really i I recently purchased my very first Mercedes Benz from Tim Allred. I have always been a BMW fan but Tim showed me how much better my new C300 really is. I still get tickled every time I get into my new car. I couldn't be happier. He was very helpful, never pushy and continues to follow up with me to make sure I am satisfied with my new purchase. He knows his product and placed me in the perfect vehicle. John was great at getting me the best deal for my trade and personally thanked me for my business. Top notch service.
