Look my experiment started out rough but CARLTON saved the day. The first salesman didn’t make me feel valued. I would have to have the same conversations with him more than once. That got old quick. He was knowledgeable of the available inventory and realistic about hearing what we were willing and able to spend. Tim made every attempt to secure the second key fob from the original owner for us but was unable to do so. Tim and Chris were awesome helping me into a new vehicle so quickly after being in an not fault accident with my previous vehicle also bought through Lakeland automall! I am paying the same price every month for a better and newer vehicle and I didn’t have to spend the whole day in the dealership signing papers and wasting my day! Tim and Chris had me test drive and love the vehicle then they did everything over email and phone calls and I was able to pick the vehicle up after work.
