Overall, the experience was great. Tim was professional and courteous the entire time, as was Anthony, and everyone I met at Lakeland Automall. I was to meet with a salesman that I was told to request at arrival, but I never got to meet with that staff member. The price lacked transparency as the agreed upon out-the-door cost did not match the out at arrival, but I never got to meet with that staff member. There was also a lack of transparency regarding cosmetic deficiencies (6+) despite asking about them ahead of time. In addition to the dishonesty about the final price, closing the sale was a bit of overkill with the amount of sales staff involved and the lack of authenticity was off-putting More
