We do from time to time review phone conversations to ensure that we are delivering the highest level of service, and in this instance, our service manager did realize that he was in error as a result of his reviewing the call. There is never an intent to accuse anyone of lying, however, at times, call recording is used in order to assure that we are correctly delivering on commitments that we have made.
