Im going to call the first experience just a "bad day".. everyone has them and its allowed. Since the bad day, the group at Sawyers have been nothing but Great!!. My vehicle problems were solved, the service department was very pleasant and efficient. So thank you guys for doing great and meeting customer needs! Cheers to less bad days!
