I have been looking for a car for months so I have experienced many dealerships and salesmen, what I found was they were all shysters, even more so during the chip/vehicle shortage but Chuck and Tim a experienced many dealerships and salesmen, what I found was they were all shysters, even more so during the chip/vehicle shortage but Chuck and Tim at Countryside Nissan are cut from a different cloth! They have honesty and integrity and were not pushy or rude like the other sales people I encountered. In fact, they were not only helpful but they were a heck of a lot of fun, not your average boring dealership experience at all! I had a car accident that left me without a car, I live in Naperville, Chuck knew I couldn’t get there but didn’t want me to lose out on the 2022 Nissan Kicks I really wanted, he came and picked me up, and made my car buying experience a great one, he even helped me get back home with directions because I forgot my cell phone! I was more than impressed by this dealership! They go above and beyond to help you, they are very sincere. I highly recommend Countryside Nissan and Chuck and Tim! Thanks you guys for a fun time and a great car! I couldn’t be more pleased!! You guys are rockstars! Looking forward to coming in to your wonderful service department when I need maintenance! My salesperson, Ed Doerge, was great! He took his time and explained everything, answering all my questions and concerns. I was not as happy with his manager, as they did not come down on the pricing ver and explained everything, answering all my questions and concerns. He kept hounding me to purchase an extended warranty even though I repeatedly told him no. More
