We totally didn't expect to walk out with my new car, but they were so accommodating and really worked with us to give us what we were looking for in price. It was so refreshing to not have to deal with the "back and forth" that most dealerships make you go through. They took their time with us, but didn't drag the process out. I also got way more for my trade-in than I could have ever expected! They were honest, fair, and went above and beyond to get us the best deal! Plus, they had a taco guy there that day! Thank you John K, Tim Duda and Eddie for the great experienc John K is a straight-forward type of salesman and does not make you feel pressured to buy right away. He knew I bought a few cars from Continental Nis John K is a straight-forward type of salesman and does not make you feel pressured to buy right away. He knew I bought a few cars from Continental Nissan and said he would call me when it is the best time for my wife to get a vehicle. While I was waiting for an oil change, John K offered a Maxima to take overnight to test drive to see if my wife will like the car, sure enough he was right. The 2017 Maxima that was taken for an extended test drive made my wife in love with the vehicle. We were considering between the Murano and the Maxima and John K made the process very easy and said to take both cars on a longer test drive to see which car was right for us. He was all about our needs and definitely showed a genuine care for us and that is why we finally ended up purchasing from him. From the beginning to the end of the sale, John was there to make sure we are satisfied with the price and the maxima for my wife. He gave us an incredible deal on a Maxima and Tim Duda was a big help to that, they told me their honest opinion on why it was the best time to buy that vehicle and it really was a price I could not pass up as it was the perfect time to purchase it. The biggest attribute to John's success is the way he treats his customers, he was very genuine and got right to the point and did not play the typical back and forth price war game with me. I HIGHLY recommend giving John K a call if you are in the market for a vehicle because he is a person who I could trust from the first time he ever game me a call, showed me his previous reviews and how much his previous customers were treated and I knew after that I was dealing with a real salesperson who was motivated to get me the color and car my wife wanted and told me before hand that my wife will love the maxima more than the murano and his prediction was spot on because an AWD vehicle like the Murano is not needed during the winter months as I have owned cars with FWD like the maxima all my life and never had an issue with the snow. So thank you John K, Tim Duda and Eddie for making me feel like part of the dealership family with the incredible price and for the patience that they gave me and my wife to finally make a decision on the vehicle she wanted. More
