After receiving an email from John Vanik regarding my current interest rate, I went into Continental for an oil change and came out two days later with a brand new 2017 Murano. Working with a friendly staff, who are warm and welcoming to their costumers, makes car shopping easy and enjoyable. Without feeling overly pressured, I was able to leave feeling assured I made the right decision. I would certainly recommend John, Tim, Ben, Erick and the rest of the staff. We totally didn't expect to walk out with my new car, but they were so accommodating and really worked with us to give us what we were looking for in price. It was so refreshing to not have to deal with the "back and forth" that most dealerships make you go through. They took their time with us, but didn't drag the process out. I also got way more for my trade-in than I could have ever expected! They were honest, fair, and went above and beyond to get us the best deal! Plus, they had a taco guy there that day!
