When it comes to finance stay away from Nick, he is shady and not trust worthy. When it came to finalize the deal he did not go over the paperwork with me. Told me that since he "likes" me he would include oil changes and Nissan tire/ windshield warranty on the house . Only to find out he charged me for it. At the end of the day he over me charged by a few thousand dollars. Would have given a 5 star rating but after dealing with Nick, my buying experience was 2 stars More

Secondly, thanks to Tim Duda who crunched the numbers so that the vehicle we wanted was easily accessible to us. Now, I am not a fan of buying a car, the usual games and the tedious waiting and negotiating so when I walk into a dealership I want things to run as smoothly as possible. I put a call into Continental to find out if they had what I was looking for. John checked the inventory on the computer, then went and "put hands" on the vehicle to verify that it was there. When we arrived, it was only a MINUTE before John brought us right out to the Murano for a test drive and then onto the deal. Nicely Done! More
