Tim (service manager) and Tony (general manager) went out of their way to make sure my engine replacement was as seamless and painless as possible. The ship foreman also did a great job. They were honest, of their way to make sure my engine replacement was as seamless and painless as possible. The ship foreman also did a great job. They were honest, professional, and prompt! Recently I called Tim at Boucher Service about a potential electrical system issue with our 2012 Ford Explorer. Tim said not to wait and suggested I bring it in right away. He told me he would wor potential electrical system issue with our 2012 Ford Explorer. Tim said not to wait and suggested I bring it in right away. He told me he would work it into their schedule and call me back with a diagnosis. Later that day, he called back and said they could not identify or replicate the issue. However, he did say after inspecting the vehicle and considering its age and mileage, 208,000 miles, potential upcoming system component replacements as well as possible reoccurrence of the electrical system issue, he suggested it might make more economic sense to consider purchasing a new vehicle. We have always purchased new, cared for and driven our vehicles for years. The difficult part has always been deciding on the right time to trade in and move on. I have been working with Tim for years, value his judgement and thanked him for his advice. He said he would mention it to Mark Ford in Sales. On the way out, I looked over some 2023 Broncos in stock, saw one I thought my wife might like and stopped by Mark’s desk. Although he was in the process of delivering a vehicle, he asked if he could help me. I asked if that Bronco was available for a test drive. Without hesitation, he said, “of course” and went off to the office to find the keys. Mark’s client-centric work ethic is one of the reasons I have had the pleasure of working with him over the past twenty years. He is always ready to help. The Bronco would eventually be our fifth vehicle purchased from him. I took the Bronco for a test ride, showed my wife, returned to the dealership, and asked Mark if that curtesy vehicle Bronco was for sale. He said it was and suggested having his manager, Tom Fisher, look at the Explorer for a possible trade right away. Tom happened to be walking by and was more than happy to help. He went out, appraised the car on the spot and provided a trade in value. It was better than I expected. I asked Mark to write up a proposal with Tom’s trade in value and we set a date for delivery. Prior to delivery, Mark in Parts assisted me with ordering multiple additional Bronco items from Ford’s accessory site. Although the Parts area could not offer the same 20% discount available from the Ford site, they provided a 10% discount, plus coordinated with Tim to have them installed on the Bronco prior to delivery. After we took delivery of the Bronco, Angie in Service assisted me in redeeming my FordPass points to pay for most of those additional Bronco accessories. As that was my first time redeeming FordPass points, I really appreciated Angie’s assistance. From start to end of this experience, it was a total Boucher team effort that provided us with a very satisfying result. This is another great example of why we have come to trust and rely on the Boucher Thiensville team for our family’s transportation needs over these many years. More

Great associates service, sales, finance. Don't like the change that service writers must become cashiers, bad idea. When car is ready should go to cashier for payment. The video of the service preformed was a first for me. Only question, is a test drive part of the service I received? My car had several additional miles on the odometer. Only question, is a test drive part of the service I received? My car had several additional miles on the odometer. More
