I think the auto techs are great and I really enjoy working with Angie. Angie always listens to me describe my service issues and she recommends appropriate service. My car is always repaired correct working with Angie. Angie always listens to me describe my service issues and she recommends appropriate service. My car is always repaired correctly. My issue is with the service manager, Mike. He is rude and unprofessional. At my last service visit - he made some wild accusations about my intentions for not paying for my services and made unreasonable threats for undoing the work that was done to my car. He also harassed my family and me all day by calling and leaving very rude emails knowing that I was in a work meeting all day and wouldn’t be able to respond until late in the afternoon. This experience unfortunately will force me to take my business elsewhere in the future. I’ve noticed online that others have had similar experiences with Mike - that’s a shame since this service department otherwise very good. More
