I scheduled a "Works" oil change and tire rotation with Tim and dropped off my car off early in the morning. Later in the morning, Tim called to tell me my car was ready. I told him I also needed to sche Tim and dropped off my car off early in the morning. Later in the morning, Tim called to tell me my car was ready. I told him I also needed to schedule Works appointments for my truck and another car as well. He suggested that I bring my truck in next when picking up my car, and then dropping off my other car when the truck was finished. Although this was not a major repair, it is a fine example of how Tim, his associate , Angie, and Service Manager, Kevin, are always looking for ways to make things more convenient for their customers and accommodative their special requests. His suggestion saved me plenty of additional time that would have been needed making and keeping multiple appointments for Works oil changes over the next couple of weeks. We appreciate and rely on Tim, Angie and Kevin to keep our "fleet" of seasoned, but solid vehicles safe and on the road. Thanks again, Tim. More
