My first Porsche I found this 2016 Cayman GTS online after an approximate three-month Internet search. When I contacted the dealership, Tim Grape contacted me immedia I found this 2016 Cayman GTS online after an approximate three-month Internet search. When I contacted the dealership, Tim Grape contacted me immediately and, for the next couple of weeks, patiently and thoroughly addressed all of my questions and concerns. My wife and I then traveled across PA to the dealership to meet Tim, discuss the car, and then go for a test drive. All the while, Tim was extraordinarily helpful, courteous, and professional. We purchased the car that day and began making plans for me to drive back to Newtown Square and pick up the car when the weather permitted. There was never a time when Tim wasn't available for help and advice. Ms. DelRomano of the dealership financial department was equally cooperative and professional. Picking up the car was a thoroughly enjoyable experience as well, including Tim picking me up at the car rental office right on time, giving me a tour of the dealership "warehouse", and helping me find my way out of town and back onto the highway to Pittsburgh. I could not have asked for a more enjoyable auto purchasing experience. More
