When I contacted the dealership, Tim Grape contacted me immediately and, for the next couple of weeks, patiently and thoroughly addressed all of my questions and concerns. My wife and I then traveled across PA to the dealership to meet Tim, discuss the car, and then go for a test drive. All the while, Tim was extraordinarily helpful, courteous, and professional. We purchased the car that day and began making plans for me to drive back to Newtown Square and pick up the car when the weather permitted. There was never a time when Tim wasn't available for help and advice. Ms. DelRomano of the dealership financial department was equally cooperative and professional. Picking up the car was a thoroughly enjoyable experience as well, including Tim picking me up at the car rental office right on time, giving me a tour of the dealership "warehouse", and helping me find my way out of town and back onto the highway to Pittsburgh. I could not have asked for a more enjoyable auto purchasing experience. More

The overall buying experience was First Class all the way. My trade was handled fairly and seamlessly, their ability to preview the GT3 before I made the trip to Philadelphia to see the car in person, and their stressless purchase process are the best I have experienced. The presentation of the car upon my arrival on pickup day made for a magical event on my 54th birthday. Superb... More

This vehicle met all my wishes for interior and exterior colors and options. I was hoping the experience dealing with the sales staff would be pleasant. I was incredibly impressed with Tim Grape in sales. I had reached out to several dealerships and he stood apart from the rest in terms of responsiveness; making sure he knew what I was looking for; that my experience was a positive one; and that I was in every way satisfied. I was doing a long-distance purchase and trading in a used vehicle so trust and confidence was particularly important to me and the many parts made the deal a bit more complicated. He guided me through the process all the way. He made me feel that I mattered and that my experience and satisfaction was crucial to him. He was fair and reasonable on pricing but what matters most was the true Porsche Experience. A fabulous car made even better by exceptional sales service!! More
