This was my first time leasing a new vehicle, and Ruben at VW of Naples made the process absolutely seamless! Ruben was incredibly knowledgeable and organized, answering all of my questions and ensuring I had a clear understanding of every step of the process. He has even called to follow up with me multiple times to make sure I am happy with my new vehicle and not having any issues. Talk about great service! I also want to give a shout out to Colin Howe from the finance department who walked me through the process I financing my vehicle. I absolutely love my new Taos, and I recommend anyone looking to lease or buy a new vehicle to head into Volkswagen of Naples and ask for Ruben! More
