I have had experience with the service department as well and the service is no different in that department. After you find the deal you were looking for it's a no pressure routine and you will enjoy the whole experience. Some of my favorite folks work there and it's not a new staff every time you walk thru the door. I believe the staff is as happy to be there as I am! The dealership is also beautiful and super clean. I will keep coming back to Tim Holm for all of my future vehicle purchases. More

Great customer service! We just purchased a car for our daughter, and couldn't have asked for better customer service! From the first time we visited to start looking, until we picked up the car we purchased - every person we spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Jeff went above and beyond to make sure the car we chose was perfect for our daughter. He explained all the safety features, how to link up our phones, set up the OnStar, and install apps on our phones. Since we picked it up, he continues to check back and make sure everything is going well. Holms is a perfect example of a family owned business that truly cares about their customers - all those awards are well deserved! We will definitely be back next time we're in the market for a vehicle!!! More

Making a bad situation better. I was in an accident today and was not at fault but my car was still damaged greatly. I took it straight to Holm Automotive and their fantastic body I was in an accident today and was not at fault but my car was still damaged greatly. I took it straight to Holm Automotive and their fantastic body shop. Dede greeted me like an old friend and let me know some steps I could take to make the situation run smoother with insurance. She immediately tried to locate me a rental car. On my way to the rental desk, I stopped and was greeted by Niles and again was treated like family. I know that he'll work hard to make sure I'm not waiting on parts when it comes to the repairs. Once at the front of the dealership, Michelle, Matt & Ross took time from their very busy days to see if it was a good time for me to get out of my lease and into a new vehicle. Because why not get something new instead of driving the old wrecked car right!! :) In the end I'll be having my car repaired there but I was still given an upgrade on my rental to accommodate my needs as a part time DJ. Tim, himself even came out to make sure that I was feeling ok after the accident first and that I was being well taken care of. You want to come to this dealership if you want friends and family to welcome you in. THANK YOU TO ALL!! More

Dream Truck I came to this dealership to look for a vehicle only on the basis that I wanted a new one and had to find one i could afford. I liked the new Tahoes I came to this dealership to look for a vehicle only on the basis that I wanted a new one and had to find one i could afford. I liked the new Tahoes and Suburbans, but never thought I could afford one. By a twist of fate, Jill (our sales star) pulled a 2015 Chevy Suburban out of inventory and we literally saw beams of light shining from it (all we needed were angels singing). I fell in love and the rest is history. The transparency and high level of care was worth more than anything. That alone made me buy. I am appreciative to Holm's Auto for helping me find my "forever" truck. Being a military family, trust is especially important, so again....Thank you!! More
