The new facility is outstanding as well as how you are greeted and treated. I do not like to be pressured with statements like, 'the deal is good today if you make the buy ETC,". This trade was a leased Silverado for a 2014 Malibu. The sales managers, Tim Holm, and Chris Eckert were very patient. The final deal was great, but it was complex because of my needs. The service department, especially Jamie. He always get me in to service my purchase even on very short notice. The service department makes sure is done correct and done right. The entire staff makes you feel welcome. Even when I am just looking, they go the extra mile to entertain my thoughts of trading. I do recommend Holm Automotive Ctr to others. They also know that I do not want to haggle, give me the best offer the first time if possible. I rate them SIX Star. I never been to Tim Holm Auto Center before and it was like arriving at a 5 star luxury hotel. I was greeted by Jamie and Chuck in service who were pleasant and made my first impression long lasting. I could not believe that people travel 3 hours to get their car serviced by Tim Holm Auto Center. I can understand why after my first visit. The receptionist went out of her way to make sure my coffee was to my satisfaction. I kept thinking that I was in Starbucks. No kidding. Matt Holm I found to have great knowledge about his product and did not talk down to me but rather with me throughout my visit. Tim Holm was out and greeting customers and talking to everyone. That is most unusual. Most dealers hide in their office. This guy was actually out working with customers. I can see why Tim Holm Auto Center has such a strong repeat customer base. I recently noted an ad in the Salina Journal advertising a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze for $17,777. In visiting the dealership it did not take long to decide this was probably not the car I wanted but another Cruze in stock got my attention. Chuck Stein, who my family dealt with 50 years ago when he was part owner of a dealership in Minneapolis is now employed with the sales department at Holm Automotive. He made me an offer I could not refuse and a deal was made. We are very pleased with Cruze and found out very quickly a driver can reach a speed of 80 miles per hour in a four cylinder Cruze.
