Had a nice experience without any pressure I first saw the car online and decided to check it out in person. Unfortunately I got there 30 minutes before they closed, but even still, they weren' I first saw the car online and decided to check it out in person. Unfortunately I got there 30 minutes before they closed, but even still, they weren't trying to rush me out and even offered to let me test drive it. Came back the next day to give it a longer test drive and decided to get it. The trade in for my old car was also higher than I was expecting. But it was nice that they weren't seriously pressuring me into the sale like other dealerships I visited and greatly appreciated that. I do love my new car More

Oil change and tire rotation kinda My wife took in my truck because I was unable to do so to get the oil changed and the tires rotated. The service department told my wife that they co My wife took in my truck because I was unable to do so to get the oil changed and the tires rotated. The service department told my wife that they couldnt rotate my tires due to them not having the 6 splien lug nut socket but then they came back out later to say they had one but still were not being able to rotate the tires because they couldnt get them off the truck and that my truck needed the back rotors replaced and all around pads changed. My truck has 35000 miles on it so the rotors are fine they were just not wanting to deal with taking the 35s off my truck. It took them over 2 hours to change my oil and still charged my wife for the oil change and the tire rotation. I purchased my truck from them and had a great experience there but will not be bringing back my truck for service after how they treated my wife. More
