I started my career in auto sales in my hometown of Seattle, Wa. I have now been in Texas for 9 years and I am loving it! I spend my time away from the dealership raising my 4 kids. We spend our weekends at the lake, camping or taking my Ford Ranger 4 wheeling! I started working on cars when I was 15 and have been obsessed ever since. I take pride in being an expert in my field. My customers know me as someone who walks them through the process instead of pushing them through it. I use my knowledge of Ford's products, credit and financing to help my customers find the right vehicle and deal for them.

This manager has no interest in dealing with problems in the dealership. He pawned my issue off to a different employee, John Teller and it has almost been a month. None of the mangers want to deal with issues that I have discussed my problem with. I wrote a review on the page and they asked to contact them so they could make it right. I did and they just passed me on to others. Leif Johnson has to really learn what customer service is. I bought a 65,000 dollar vehicle from them and I will never go back to purchase one or for any service. More
