I started my career in auto sales in my hometown of Seattle, Wa. I have now been in Texas for 9 years and I am loving it! I spend my time away from the dealership raising my 4 kids. We spend our weekends at the lake, camping or taking my Ford Ranger 4 wheeling! I started working on cars when I was 15 and have been obsessed ever since. I take pride in being an expert in my field. My customers know me as someone who walks them through the process instead of pushing them through it. I use my knowledge of Ford's products, credit and financing to help my customers find the right vehicle and deal for them.

We were greeted at the door by every single employee we walked by. Our sales guy Drew Field was terrific to work. Very knowledgeable and personable. It was truly a pleasure getting to meet him. Ryan Fish the financial manager took his time to not just make sure all our questions were answered but went above and beyond educating us. We truly left feeling we had all the information needed to make informed decisions without a bit of pressure! With a world where customer service seems to be lacking this is definitely not the case with this company. Everyone there is happy and very friendly! Pretty good other than signing a contract for 2. 9% interest and being contacted 4 days later being told that 2.9% wasn’t available in Texas…. What made the experience not so favorable was the fact 9% interest and being contacted 4 days later being told that 2.9% wasn’t available in Texas…. What made the experience not so favorable was the fact the “sales Manager” and finance guy could not explain the arbitrary provisions. The sales manager had to explain what it actually meant. All the sales Manager could come up with was they would need the vehicle back if I didn’t sign the arbitrary provisions. I had to return to the dealership multiple time because the first contract was screwed up when I was given the 2.9% interest rate More
