And he does what it takes to get what you are asking for. Joe Heisler did all the paper work on the sale and ran me through some of the features on the car. He made the paper process pretty painless and fast. Tim Kroll did the finance process, and as usual knew exactly what he was doing and we got through that process easily. More

Upon arrival, by a draw of fate, Obie was the first to help me. He quickly remembered me and off we went to find the best car for me. Almost immediately he found me the perfect car at a great price. Way better than I was originally expecting! I was sold and the buying process began. Once again, Obie was fantastic! Let me ask all my questions (which is often excessive) and walked me through the whole process. If I need another car, Obie is my guy! I also had contact with Frank and Tim, both were amazing! They helped make my experience a breeze and pulled out all the stops along the way. *Note- I am a woman in my 20s and often car dealerships direct all details at my dad. Often treating me like I am not the person ultimately making the purchase. Thomas Dodge is not one of those places. They speak to me as the buyer and my dad as someone along for the ride. More
