I feel that negotiations are an integral part of the process because of the overwhelming subjectivity in pricing. My experience at Thomas in Highland is definitely the exception. I had been doing some research on a few vehicles this particular day. Some sales personnel were pushy, some were uninterested, and one was more interested in talking about his car rather than in what I was there for. At Thomas in Highland, I got to work with Faye Giles. Faye was very knowledgeable about the product and she was extremely professional and personable; two traits which serve her well as a salesperson. When I initially expressed my reservations concerning their non-negotiation policy Ms. Giles was still committed to helping me in my research. Now that's what I call service! I did not purchase a vehicle that same day, as I wanted to consider all my options. Ms. Giles was good enough to keep in touch with me via email and text which further exemplifies her willingness to cater to her customers & not just push a sale. I ended up going back and buying a vehicle from Thomas. I'm a person who does their homework thoroughly when it comes to these matters and the price was far above & beyond better than anything else out there. Let's also consider the owner lifetime warranty on the power train, complimentary initial oil change & tire rotation, ongoing help from your salesperson, stellar support from Thomas and online tools, etc. I could go on and on.... In closing I want to thank Thomas for such a great buying experience. I thank Tim in finance for his great work in finding me the perfect loan for my budget. I also want to thank Faye for her awesome attention throughout the entire process. There should be higher scores to give because you certainly deserve them. I feel very confident & happy in my purchase. I highly recommend the team at Thomas in Highland and will definitely come to them in the future. Much appreciated & thank you More
