No Rush, got what I wanted in the end. The day I arrived at Thomas Dodge, I needed a vehicle ASAP. I could not wait because my other vehicle was out of commision. The staff, Joe and Frank, did not rush me into anything on the lot. In the end there was nothing on the lot that I loved. After a couple of phone calls they came back with the exact truck I was looking for. They picked it up from the other dealership and I had it the next day. The price was very good as I did my homework prior, they also clearly explained the MSRP and Invoice price. They were well below both. More

He explained the philosophy of the dealership, knowing it very well having worked his way through a number of positions on the staff. The experience was very relaxed and stress free. I had done my research on the make and model of the car we bought and knew that the no-haggle price was, in my opinion, fair. The car had new tires and was well detailed, and the asking price was below the average sales price for comparable cars listed on KBB. I would highly recommend this dealer for a used car purchase. We were very satisfied with the purchase experience and have an expectation that we will be equally happy with the quality of our new (used) car! More
