We've been looking at Jeeps & Trucks online and decided to go with Thomas Dodge as the prices seemed much better than any other dealers in the area. We went to look at them and a very nice young ma decided to go with Thomas Dodge as the prices seemed much better than any other dealers in the area. We went to look at them and a very nice young man name John came out and we told him that we had been looking at the jeeps and we would like to test drive a few so we were off down the road to test drive the Jeep Patriot 2014 I sat in the drivers seat and my body just sunk into the seat as if the seat was made for me it was so comfortable. John answered all our questions in such a professional manner and not a pushy salesman way he took us in and we decided to purchase the jeep so he introduced us to Tim who was also a very nice man also who explained everything we needed to know about the paperwork to us also in a very professional manner. Also, I had a problem with my trade because of a title issue, and Thomas went along with me in resolving the problem. Really great customer service here. Also, even though I had my financing pre-approved, Thomas got me an even better interest rate than I already had. I mean waaay better. Purchasing a new vehicle is stressful, but at Thomas, they do everything to make your car buying experience as pleasant as possible. I purchased a gorgeous Grand Cherokee - True Blue. A very nice young man, George Hylek was my sales person. I'm adding his name to my review, because he's not listed with the other Thomas employees. George was very personable and attentive. You just could not ask for a better sales experience. I'm telling all my family and friends to give Thomas a look for their next car purchase. More

I went to Thomas to purchase a new business vechicle. Upon arriving, we were immediately greeted by Kendall who proceeded to assist us in the purchase. We browsed the inventory of new Dodge Caravans onl Upon arriving, we were immediately greeted by Kendall who proceeded to assist us in the purchase. We browsed the inventory of new Dodge Caravans online and choose one. We then took a test drive and decided to purchase the vechicle. We were also trading in a vechicle, so my husband went out with Tony with that vechicle. Tony was very accomodating and worked with us to find common ground on our trade and also was able to find an additional incentive since we were trading in a competitors car. At that point, it did take a VERY LONG time of sitting around and waiting to get the final paperwork and financing together. This was something that I think could of been done in a more organized and streamlined manner. At the very least, it would of been nice to have more updates and information on what exactly we were waiting for and an estimate of the time it would take. After the paperwork was finished, it took about another 30 minutes for them to get the plates off the old car, the dealer plates on the new van and to find the extra set of keys. It appeared that the salesman and others involved were not probably trained and did not have access to the proper tools to perform these tasks and something that should of been routine took much too long. Overall, the experience was good, and I would recommend the dealership to others. I think many of the issues we did have were probably due to lack of experience and training since many of the associates were very new to the position and due to the fact that we were there on a Saturday which is probably a very busy day. More

I went with my parents to Thomas Dodge where they where buying a new mini van I started talking to Abe. and he told me about how the salesmen where no longer on commission so I dont have to do that hagglin buying a new mini van I started talking to Abe. and he told me about how the salesmen where no longer on commission so I dont have to do that haggling anymore (every dealer should do that) and he also pointed out how all prices were clearly posted on the vehicle with all the rebates and discounts man I was really impressed with that. So while Abe was busy with my parents I took a stroll out in the lot to look at trucks a xxxx sitting right in the middle row there she was my truck with the price and all the rebates posted clearly and may i add at a very very good price came back the next day took it for a ride and bought it. then was directed to Tim Kroll for final paperwork what a pleasure talking to Tim,he explaned every detail from oil changes to financing looked over payment options ect. will definitely be buying my next truck from Thomas Dodge More
