Overall, the experience with reviewing/test driving the car was good. When it came to negotiating, that is where the dealsership really felt short. I clearly told the dealership what my expectation was, pa car was good. When it came to negotiating, that is where the dealsership really felt short. I clearly told the dealership what my expectation was, paymeny wise and what I was looking for. I told them if they cannot achieve this number, I COMPLETELY understand. When they came back, the total was nearly $400 off from what I was looking for, with them knowing what range I wanted to be in. There was no negotiating even CLOSE to that number, but they kept pushing. I wish they would have told me that it was not achievable and either been transparent and upfront or suggested a different model/trim car to me to be more reasonable. More

Courtesy Chevrolet has been in the valley for over 60 years. My wife and I purchased two brand new vehicles here and I would like to say That Tim and the staff did a great job on my 2021 Chevy truck. We are currently waiting on the 22 trail blazer to arrive. I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or certified used vehicle. They are cordial and respect your ideas.
