I will not go anywhere else , the team is awesome. Ron our salesman is very nice, I told him what I wanted and he listened. Not an aggressive salesman but very kind and worked with us . They are exceptional, they are one of the reasons I bought another Mazda from Janesville Mazda. They helped me out with an issue that I could not get resolved at another place, which they did not have to do . They deserve to have a bonus, because they are so exceptional. The whole team at Janesville Mazda are outstanding, very friendly , willing to help you out . Michael in the financial office is very nice, makes sure everything is done correctly & takes his time not rushing . We appreciated that so we knew everything was done right. Shawn the General Manager is really nice , very pleasant to work with . I take the 2021 Mazda back to the dealership for all the maintenance , & I will do that with the 2025 that we just purchased. I trust the technicians , which is a really big deal for me . I am very particular about keeping my vehicles nice, & very particular who i have work on them . The whole team at Janesville Mazda are exceptional, I have had other brands of vehicles , however Janesville Mazda is the best I have ever dealt with. I love our Mazda CX 30 & CX 5 Thank you very much , & you will be seeing me again when the vehicles need maintenance done. More
