Tim and Paul were patient with us and very helpful in explaining the different vehicles. They helped us get the right vehicle and model we liked and were very upfront on pricing, dealer rebates, financin explaining the different vehicles. We took our car in for a recall service at Robert Brogden and ended up buying a new 2022 GMC Terrain Sle! This is our second Terrain Sle. We traded our old Terrain for the new purchase. Both Paul (sales manager) and Tim were very professional, friendly and took care of any measure that I had. What was the number one factor: you had vehicle inventory on hand as opposed to oth professional, friendly and took care of any measure that I had. What was the number one factor: you had vehicle inventory on hand as opposed to others who have no inventory and/or very limited selection, have units allocated to others or the extensive time line for acceptance/delivery is prohibitive....at least for my need. Great job! More
