Truth be told, we wouldn't have purchased a car so soon as we were just looking and stopped by the dealership on a whim while on our way back out of town. He made us feel welcome and gained our trust quickly. He presented several cars that met our needs explaining the features of each. It was easy to select the best one for us. The whole staff from Humberto (manager) to the car detail person stayed until after 10:00 on Friday night to process our trade in, prepare our Sorento, and complete the financing paperwork. Our new Kia Soul My wife and I were interested in purchasing a new Kia and we went to Bill Bryan Kia. Tim Lile met us as soon as we pulled up and from that point on t My wife and I were interested in purchasing a new Kia and we went to Bill Bryan Kia. Tim Lile met us as soon as we pulled up and from that point on the experience was wonderful. Tim showed us every car that he thought we might be interested in, had us even test drive each and within 1/2 hour we decided on the car we wanted. Tim couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and satisfied our every need. We went in thinking we would just look and was pleasantly surprised that after a mere 3 hours we drove away in our new Kia Soul. This car exceeded our expectations and we love it.
